The Lodge is a spacious, 1600 sq. ft., 4 bedroom cottage overlooking Planting Ground Lake, one of 28 lakes on the world’s largest inland chain of lakes.
Three of the bedrooms are on the main level with a fourth bedroom available in the lower level with a view of the lake. The Lodge has two bathrooms on the main level with one as a private bath for the master bedroom. New in 2019 – third, private bath off the bedroom in the lower level.
Easy, one-step entrance for unloading at the carpark with a convenient entryway for storing your outdoor gear, hanging coats or beach towels and removing wet boots or sandals.
Comfortable and cozy living room with original knotty pine and new furnishings allows you to relax watching TV or DVDs or simply rest and gaze out the 12 ft. patio door overlooking the lake. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available.
Enjoy your morning coffee watching beautiful sunrises and listening to the loons from one of two lakeside decks.
The large kitchen has plenty of seating and cabinet/counter space for prepping family-size meals. In addition, there is a large deck off the kitchen providing an area for you to have a cookout with a charcoal grill and picnic table or to just sit and take-in nature in the adirondack chairs.
The Lodge offers the space and privacy for your group while also offering the resort amenities like the sandy beach with swimming raft in season, playground, fish cleaning house and fire pit.
